Owners and landlords
Monthly owner updates, market reports and a services introduction for owners you’d like to manage for.
For property managers
Announce vacancies to the people waiting for them, send notices to the right building, and keep owners, tenants and vendors in one CRM, with consent records for every contact.

Property managers need to reach three groups: prospects waiting for a vacancy, tenants who need building notices, and owners who want regular updates. OneHive Mail combines email marketing with a CRM: rental availability and tenant notice designs, Landlord, Tenant and Vendor contact types, a tag or list per building, and scheduled sends.
One contact list
Most property managers keep owners in one spreadsheet, tenants in another and the waitlist in an inbox. In OneHive Mail they share one contact list, and each email reaches only the people it’s for.
Monthly owner updates, market reports and a services introduction for owners you’d like to manage for.
Inspection, maintenance and community notices, lease renewal offers and resident portal reminders, building by building.
New vacancies for the people on your waitlist, with a button to book a viewing or ask about the lease.
Plumbers, electricians and cleaners in the CRM with their own contact type, logged calls and tasks, without counting toward your plan.
Ready-made designs
Every account gets the same 198 ready-made designs, including a Rentals collection. Your logo, name and contact details fill in automatically; you add the unit, the date or the notice.
Five layouts: floor plan beside amenities, full details, lease at a glance, several units in one building, and a pet-friendly version with the pet policy up front.
An inspection notice with the date and what will be checked, a scheduled maintenance notice, a community notice, a lease renewal offer with a reply-by timeline, and resident portal setup steps.
Newsletter and market update designs for owners, plus a property management services design for introducing your portfolio and services.

Property management CRM
The CRM behind every email: contact types, owners for each contact, a timeline of every email, call and note, and tasks and a calendar for viewings and inspections.
Tag tenants “Building: 1450 Oak St”, then send a maintenance notice to that tag alone, with nobody else’s address in sight.
Match contact type, tag, list, city, province or state, source and date added, such as “contact type is Tenant AND tag is Building: 1450 Oak St”.
Landlord, Tenant, Investor and Vendor come out of the box, and you can rename them or add your own, such as Owner or Applicant.
Write the notice when it’s on your mind, then pick the date, time and timezone it should go out.
A signup form on your website, or its own link, adds prospects to a waitlist list and stores the exact wording they agreed to.
Mark your “Book a viewing” link as a hot link, and everyone who clicks it appears in Hot leads for a call the same day.
An honest fit check
OneHive Mail is for the email and the relationships: filling vacancies, keeping tenants informed, staying in touch with owners and remembering every vendor call. It isn’t a property management system, so rent, repairs, accounting and leases stay where they are today.
Because it’s a marketing platform, everyone it emails can unsubscribe, and an unsubscribed contact isn’t emailed again. Use it for the notices people are glad to get by email, and keep formal notices, such as notice of entry, in the form your provincial or state tenancy rules require.
Vacancy announcements, waitlists, building notices, lease renewal reminders, owner newsletters and market updates.
Rent collection, maintenance tickets, accounting, lease documents and e-signatures, and a resident portal.
Record how each tenant, owner and prospect agreed to hear from you, with a footer and unsubscribe link on every email.
Pricing
Plans start at $25 USD/month with 3 users and every feature. Vendors and other contacts you keep only in the CRM, and anyone unsubscribed, bounced or archived, don’t count toward your plan.
Questions
No. It doesn’t collect rent, take maintenance requests, keep accounts, store leases or run a resident portal. It’s email marketing with a built-in CRM: the emails you send to owners, tenants and applicants, and the contacts, notes, calls and tasks around them. It’s designed to sit alongside your property management system, not replace it.
Yes. Tag each tenant with their building, or keep a list per building, and send the notice to that tag or list. A segment such as “contact type is Tenant AND tag is Building: 1450 Oak St” updates itself as tenants move in and out.
They aren’t emailed again from your account, by any campaign or automation, even if they’re imported again later. That protects your sending reputation, but it means OneHive Mail isn’t the right channel for notices a tenant must receive. Keep formal notices in the form your tenancy rules require, and use email as a courtesy copy for those who want it.
Not if you keep them in the CRM only. Plans are priced by active contacts, the people who can receive your email marketing, so contacts kept for calls, notes and tasks without email consent don’t count.
For marketing email, yes: in Canada, CASL expects express consent or valid implied consent, such as a written contract in force or that ended within the last two years. Our article on email consent for real estate explains how the timelines work. OneHive Mail records how each contact agreed.
Yes. Every plan includes 3 users. Anyone can build a notice or an availability email, and an Organization Admin gives the final go-ahead to send once your account sends live email.
