Questions agents ask
Do I need any technical skills?
No. You build emails from ready-made designs and drag-and-drop blocks, and there’s no DNS to set up: every account sends from OneHive Mail’s own authenticated sending domain under your business name, and replies go to your own address.
Can I bring my contacts from another CRM or email tool?
Yes. Export them as a CSV file and import it under Contacts → Import. Files up to 25 MB or 50,000 rows are supported, and a contact who’s already in your account is updated rather than added twice.
Will my emails show my business details and licence number?
Yes. Your business name, mailing address and licence details, plus an unsubscribe link, are added to the footer of every campaign and automation email automatically.
Does it work for agents in Canada and the US?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars, or Canadian dollars for customers in Canada. Consent records follow the categories in Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), and every email carries the mailing address and unsubscribe link that both CASL and the US CAN-SPAM Act ask for.
What does it cost for one agent?
Plans start at $25 USD/month for up to 1,000 active contacts, with 10,000 email sends a month and 3 users included. Unsubscribed, bounced, archived and CRM-only contacts don’t count toward your plan.
