Best CRM for Realtors in Canada (2026): An Honest Comparison

OneHive Mail, IXACT Contact, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Wise Agent, BoldTrail and Top Producer compared for Canadian agents: features, published prices, CAD billing and CASL.

The best CRM for realtors in Canada depends on how you work. Solo agents who mainly nurture a database do well with an affordable CRM that includes email marketing, such as OneHive Mail or IXACT Contact. Teams working online leads lean toward Follow Up Boss, Lofty or BoldTrail. Very few publish Canadian-dollar prices.

Please note

OneHive Mail is our product, so read our section with that in mind. Everything we say about the other CRMs comes from their own websites, checked on October 22, 2026, and the links are at the end. Prices change often, so confirm them with each company before you buy.

Seven CRMs Canadian agents look at

OneHive Mail

Who it’s for: individual agents and small teams in Canada and the US who want their CRM and their email marketing to share one contact list. It’s based in British Columbia.

Key features: a pipeline board, tasks and reminders, a calendar, a timeline of every email, call, note and meeting for each contact, engagement scores, buyer and seller preferences, and real estate contact types such as Buyer, Seller, Lawyer and Mortgage broker. On the email side there are ready-made real estate designs, segments, automations and campaign reports. See the real estate CRM for the full list.

Pricing: from $25 USD/month ($35 CAD in Canada) for up to 1,000 active contacts, up to $149 USD ($199 CAD) for 20,000. Every plan has every feature and 3 users. Unsubscribed, bounced, archived and CRM-only contacts don’t count toward your plan. Details are on the pricing page.

Canadian considerations: fixed prices in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada, consent records that follow CASL’s categories, and a compliance footer and unsubscribe link on every campaign. Our privacy policy says the app and database are currently hosted in Canada, while email is delivered through Amazon Web Services in the United States.

Limitations: no IDX website, lead generation, dialer, text messaging or transaction management. Calendar sync is one-way through a private link for now. There’s no free plan, and self-serve plans stop at 20,000 contacts.

IXACT Contact

Who it’s for: real estate agents and teams, with a separate brokerage program. Its About page says it was founded in Toronto in 2007 and is now headquartered in Seattle.

Key features: contact management with automated keep-in-touch reminders, a done-for-you monthly e-newsletter, drip campaigns with a library of prewritten emails, an agent website with lead capture, mobile apps and Google and Outlook sync.

Pricing: $55/month billed monthly or $46.75/month billed annually for its CRM and email marketing, with team members at $34/month or $28.90/month. The page doesn’t name the currency. Broker pricing is by consultation. IDX, texting and mass email beyond 2,500 a month are paid add-ons.

Canadian considerations: its email marketing page states compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL. We didn’t find Canadian-dollar pricing or a statement about where data is hosted.

Limitations: its strength is staying in touch rather than working new leads, and several extras cost more. See OneHive Mail vs IXACT Contact.

Follow Up Boss

Who it’s for: real estate teams, team leads, inside sales agents and solo agents who handle a lot of incoming leads.

Key features: lead routing from 250+ integrations, Smart Lists, built-in calling, texting and email, automations, a team inbox and reporting.

Pricing: Grow is $69 per user per month, or $58 billed annually, with calling as an add-on. Pro is $499/month with 10 users and Platform $1,000/month with 30 users, plus tax where applicable. The page doesn’t name the currency. There’s a 14-day free trial.

Canadian considerations: its terms ask anyone sending to or from Canada to comply with CASL, which leaves compliance to you; we didn’t find a consent-tracking tool. Its help centre explains a business registration step for Canadian businesses that text US numbers.

Limitations: built for lead conversion rather than newsletters, and team plans are priced for larger teams. See OneHive Mail vs Follow Up Boss.

Lofty

Who it’s for: agents, teams, brokers and enterprises, with plans for each.

Key features: an AI-driven CRM, IDX websites, many lead-generation options, a power dialer, automated nurture plans across email, text and calls, and social media tools.

Pricing: not published. Every plan says “Request Pricing”, and the cost depends on your package, seats and lead-generation programs. Advertising management has its own fees.

Canadian considerations: its main site doesn’t mention Canada or CASL. Its help centre has an article on feature availability for users in Canada, so ask which features work in your market before you sign.

Limitations: you’ll need a demo to learn the price, and it’s a bigger platform than a solo agent focused on their sphere may need. See OneHive Mail vs Lofty.

Wise Agent

Who it’s for: solo agents up to multi-agent brokerages, with an Enterprise plan for teams of 15 or more. Its site says agents and brokerages across the US and Canada use it.

Key features: contact management and lead pipelines, branded bulk email and drip campaigns, landing pages, transaction management with checklists and commission reporting, and texting.

Pricing: the CRM is $49 USD/month, or $42 USD/month billed annually; CRM + WiseSocial is $69 USD/month, or $59 billed annually. Up to five team members share a login. There’s a 14-day free trial, and the page says all prices are in US dollars.

Canadian considerations: billing is in US dollars. We didn’t find CASL tools or a hosting location on its site.

Limitations: texting and extra logins are paid add-ons, and we didn’t find an IDX website.

BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE)

Who it’s for: brokerages, teams and agents. Inside Real Estate positions it as a full platform, and its blog has a post on when it suits solo agents who actively generate internet leads.

Key features: IDX websites, a lead engine, a CRM, marketing automation, transaction integration and analytics, with separate back-office and recruiting products.

Pricing: not published. The site offers a demo.

Canadian considerations: it has a Canadian version of its back office for brokerages, with QuickBooks and Canadian tax codes. We didn’t find CASL tools or a hosting location on its site.

Limitations: pricing only by demo, and it’s usually chosen at the brokerage level rather than by an individual agent. See OneHive Mail vs kvCORE.

Top Producer

Who it’s for: agents, teams and brokers.

Key features: branded market reports using MLS data, automated text and email lead response, built-in transaction management and MLS integration with 320+ boards.

Pricing: Pro is $179 per user per month; team plans run from $399 for up to 5 users to $1,199 for up to 25. Lead and farming bundles start higher. The page doesn’t name the currency.

Canadian considerations: its pricing page links to a separate “Request pricing for Canadians” page, which offers a consultation rather than published prices.

Limitations: we didn’t find a free trial, and Canadian prices aren’t published.

What’s different in Canada

Canadian dollars

Most real estate CRMs are priced in US dollars, or show a “$” without saying which. If you pay in US dollars, your monthly cost moves with the exchange rate and your card may add a foreign transaction fee. Check the currency before you compare prices.

CASL

Canada’s anti-spam law expects you to have consent before you send commercial email, to identify yourself and to include a working unsubscribe link, and it puts the burden of proving consent on you. A CRM that sends email should help you record how each person agreed and handle unsubscribes automatically. Our article on email compliance for agents in Canada and the USA explains what the law expects, including how long implied consent lasts after a sale or an inquiry.

Where your data lives

None of the other CRMs here state on their sites where client data is hosted. If it matters to you or your brokerage, ask each vendor directly and read their privacy policy. Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and provincial laws in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, still applies to how you handle client information.

Your board and MLS®

If you want MLS® listings on your website or in automated alerts, check that the CRM supports your board in Canada. Some features built around US data, such as automated home valuations, may work differently here, so ask before you sign.

What a real estate CRM costs in Canada

From the published prices above, a CRM for one agent runs from about $25 to $180 a month before add-ons, with most between $40 and $70, usually in US dollars. Team and lead-generation platforms cost several hundred dollars a month and often aren’t priced publicly at all. When you compare, look at:

  • The currency, and whether tax is added on top.
  • Per user or per account. Some CRMs charge for every user, others include a few.
  • What counts toward the price, such as contacts, users or emails sent.
  • Add-ons for texting, calling, IDX websites or extra email sends.
  • Annual billing. Discounts for paying yearly are common, but you’re committed for longer.

OneHive Mail’s plans and add-ons are listed in both currencies on our pricing page.

How to choose

  1. Start with where your business comes from. If most deals come from your sphere and past clients, prioritise email marketing and reminders. If they come from online leads, prioritise lead routing, speed to lead and calling.
  2. Count the tools you’d replace. A CRM that includes email marketing can save you a separate newsletter tool and the importing back and forth between them.
  3. Check Canada-specific needs: Canadian-dollar billing, consent records for CASL and support for your board.
  4. Try it with your real contacts. Use the free trial, import a sample of your database and send yourself a test email.
  5. Plan your exit. Make sure you can export your contacts and notes to a CSV file if you ever switch.

Before you import contacts into any new CRM, it’s worth a tidy-up: our guide to cleaning your real estate contact database walks through it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best CRM for a new real estate agent in Canada?

A new agent usually needs a simple, affordable CRM that keeps their sphere organised and makes it easy to send a regular newsletter. A combined CRM and email tool, such as OneHive Mail or IXACT Contact, covers both without paying for lead-generation features you may not use yet.

Which real estate CRMs charge in Canadian dollars?

Of the CRMs in this article, only OneHive Mail publishes fixed Canadian-dollar prices. Wise Agent states that its prices are in US dollars, several others show a “$” without naming the currency, and Top Producer offers Canadian pricing by request.

How much does a real estate CRM cost in Canada?

Published prices for one agent run from about $25 to $180 a month before tax, with most between $40 and $70, usually in US dollars. Team and brokerage platforms such as Lofty and BoldTrail don’t publish prices and are quoted after a demo.

Do I need a CRM that is CASL compliant?

No software makes you compliant on its own: CASL applies to you as the sender. A good CRM helps by recording consent, adding your identification and an unsubscribe link to every email, and stopping email to people who opt out.

Can I use Mailchimp as my real estate CRM?

Mailchimp is an email marketing platform with contact management, but we didn’t find a sales pipeline or tasks described on its CRM page. Many agents pair it with a separate CRM. See OneHive Mail vs Mailchimp.

Is my client data stored in Canada?

It depends on the CRM. OneHive Mail’s app and database are currently hosted in Canada, with email delivered through Amazon Web Services in the US. The other CRMs here don’t say on their sites, so ask them directly.
