Switching

Moving from Lofty to OneHive Mail

  1. Export your contacts from Lofty to a CSV file.
  2. Leave out anyone who has unsubscribed or whose address bounces. Importing into OneHive Mail means confirming that everyone in the file agreed to hear from you, so they shouldn’t be in it. Keep your export of them for your records.
  3. Import the file under Contacts → Import. Match the columns, including tags, and record how your contacts agreed to hear from you.
  4. Add your branding once, then set up your pipeline stages, segments and any email Smart Plans you want to keep as automations.
  5. Pick a design for your first campaign, send yourself a test, and send.

Yes. Chime Technologies announced on November 7, 2023 that it had rebranded as Lofty.
How much does Lofty cost?
Lofty doesn’t publish prices: each plan on its pricing page says “Request Pricing”, and the price depends on the package, seats, upgrades and lead-gen programs. OneHive Mail starts at $25 USD ($35 CAD) a month for up to 1,000 active contacts.
Does OneHive Mail generate leads?
No. OneHive Mail doesn’t buy or generate leads and has no IDX website. It collects sign-ups through your own forms and landing pages, and helps you stay in touch with the contacts you already have.
Can I try OneHive Mail before paying?
