Switching

Moving from Flodesk to OneHive Mail

  1. Export your subscribers from Flodesk to a CSV file.
  2. Leave out unsubscribed, bounced and cleaned subscribers. Importing into OneHive Mail means confirming that everyone in the file agreed to hear from you, so they shouldn’t be in it. Keep your export of them for your records.
  3. Import the file under Contacts → Import. Match the columns, including segments as tags, and record how your contacts agreed to hear from you.
  4. Add your branding once, then rebuild your main segments, any workflows as automations, and your signup forms.
  5. Pick a design for your first campaign, send yourself a test, and send.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Flodesk good for real estate agents?
Flodesk is built around email design, and its blog has real estate email guides. We didn’t find a CRM or real estate edition on its site, so agents who want to track a pipeline, tasks and buyer or seller details would need another tool, or a product like OneHive Mail that has both.
Does Flodesk still have unlimited pricing?
Not for new members. Flodesk’s flat-rate unlimited plan closed to new members on December 2, 2025; prices now scale with active subscribers. Members who subscribed before then keep their legacy plan while they stay subscribed.
How do the prices compare at 1,000 contacts?
For up to 1,000 subscribers, Flodesk Lite is $25/month and Pro $28/month on monthly billing, in USD. OneHive Mail is $25 USD ($35 CAD) a month for up to 1,000 active contacts, including the CRM and 3 users.
Can I move my Flodesk subscribers to OneHive Mail?
Yes. Export them to a CSV file and import it under Contacts → Import, leaving out anyone who unsubscribed or bounced.
