How the free trial works
- What's included?
- Full Email Marketing + CRM for 10 calendar days, with up to 100 active contacts, 250 email sends in total and 1 user. Trial emails show a small "Powered by OneHive Mail" line.
- Do I need a card?
- Yes. You choose your plan and add a card on Stripe’s secure page when you start, and you’re charged $0 that day.
- What happens after 10 days?
- Your selected plan starts automatically and your card is charged (plus GST/HST for customers in Canada, added at checkout), unless you cancel before the trial ends. Everything you set up is kept.
- Can I have more than one free trial?
- One free trial per business and per card: if your card has already been used for a OneHive Mail trial, there is no trial and your plan starts, and is charged, right away.
- Can I skip the trial or end it early?
- Yes. Choose "Subscribe now" when you sign up to pay for your plan straight away, or choose "Upgrade now" under Billing during your trial: the trial ends, your first payment is taken that day and your plan's full limits start at once. A trial can't be restarted once it's been skipped or ended.
